Discount Variable Rate and 1 Year Introductory Rate For loans taken as part of the Advantage Package, once they have reached their maturity date they will automatically roll into the Advantage Package tiered discount for a one off switch fee of $500. Customers who switch out of their Intro Rate Home Loan into a fixed rate without a rate discount before the maturity date of that intro rate will not be charged the switch fee of $500 (switching into a fixed rate with an interest rate discount before maturity date of intro product will be charged the $500 switch fee).

Standard Fixed Rate loans taken as part of the Advantage Package, once they have reached their maturity date they will automatically roll into the Advantage Package tiered discount for no cost.
