ANZ Break Free - Professional Package Loans

The Professional Mortgage Benefits, discounts for lending over $250K is calculated based on Total Lending with ANZ Mortgages, rather than individual loan size. For lending <$250k the discounts are applied based on individual loan size.

As per standard policy  Fixed Rate Loans and Loans in a Company Name lending are not eligible for discounts, however these can contribute to the $250K total lending eligibility measure. Simplicity Plus is also ineligible and does NOT contribute to total lending,

Standard Variable Rate Home Loan, Standard Variable Rate Investment Loan, Equity Manager Facility, ANZ Standard Variable Rate Land Loan, ANZ Standard Variable Rate Investment Land Loan.

Discounts applicable on Individual Loan Size & Aggregate lending

Discount of 0.25% where individual loan size is $100K<$150K

Discount of 0.50% where individual loan size is $150K<$250K

Discount of 0.60% where aggregate lending is $250K<$700K  *ANZ does consider pricing request for 0.7% for lending above $500k, refer BDM for details*
