Lock Rate  - Fixed Rate loans the interest rate is set at settlement (not application). ANZ Lock Rate allows customers to lock in a Fixed Rate for up to 90 days from when the Lock Rate fee is processed, which safeguards against increasing interest rates.

Split Loan not under Breakfree a portion of the fee applies for the first locked Fixed Rate Loan, and for each subsequent locked Fixed Rate loan the fee is discounted. Refer to ANZ Lock Rate Form for complete details.

Maximum loan amount $1m with Rate Lock.

Lock Rate Term Maximum lock rate period is up to 90 days from when the Lock Rate fee is processed .

Available on  Fixed Rate Home Loans and Fixed Rate Residential Investment Loans and ANZ Fixed Rate Loans in a Company Name.

Maximum initial fixed rate term for Rate Lock is 5 years (not available for 7 or 10 year terms).

No capitalisation of LMI premiums, security fees or bank fees available

No package or other discounts to interest rates are applicable
