The Professional Mortgage Benefits, discounts for lending over $250K is calculated based on Total Lending with ANZ Mortgages, rather than individual loan size. For lending <$250k the discounts are applied based on individual loan size.

As per standard policy Money Saver, Easy Start, Fixed Rate Loans, Loans in a Company Name and Lo Doc 80 lending are not eligible for discounts, however these can contribute to the $250K total lending eligibility measure.
