The Fixed Rate Cap Fee:

Must be paid by the customer upfront at application stage. (This fee cannot be financed into the loan). 0.15% of Loan amount (including fees financed into the loan) or $450, whichever is greater, on Standard Fixed Loans. 0.20% Fee applies to any product that BankWest describes as Special. Non refundable (the only exception is if the Bank declines the loan).

5% Genuine Savings required for all purchase deals greater than 90%. (New Customers greater than 90% only available on Mortgage Shredder) Please see Special Criteria for further information.

Rural residential will be considered for strong applications, Location please refer to lender will be looked at case by case

Please note if customer requires offset account that the relevant box is ticked on loan application so the appropriate paperwork is sent to customer with the loan contract.

Cash Out Policy:

LVR <=80% - Up to $100k

LVR >80% to 90% - Up to $50k

Documentary Evidence - Supporting Documentation Required:

LVR <=80% - $100k plus (max cash out is $100k where LMI is applicable)
