Fixed interest rate offers a range of terms from 12 months 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and to 10 year Principal & Interest Only note 10 Year Fixed not available as Interest Only.

Prior to expiry date you will be notified of the options available. If you do not choose anther fixed rate the loan automatically switches to a variable rate loan.

Note fees applicable if you roll over to a fixed rate option.
