Cash Back offer is available to new and refinancing retail home loan and investment loans.

 

Cash back fro Westpac, RAMS and BankWests Rate Tracker loan may be less than indicated above.

 

Cash back is not given to applicant(s) for non conforming loans, commercial loans, business loans, leases, NAB, Three Oceans Home Loans, reverse mortgages, non resident lending lo doc loans and for loans less than $100,000.

 

The above calculator is an estimate of what the applicant may receive, however, in most cases the calculation is a strong indicative amount of what the applicant will receive. Cash back may vary slightly from lender to lender depending on the upfront commission paid by the lender. In most cases you will receive a refund amount when you receive a mortgage quote.

 

The rebate will be paid within 15 to 50 days from settlement.

All applicants must sign an agreement to receive a cash back. This agreement will be provided at time of application for finance

 

Smart Search Finance reserves the right to claw back the refund amount within 18 months of settlement if the borrower pays out their loan within 18 months from settlement.

 

Smart Search Finance has the option to withdraw this offer at any time unless already agreed upon by the applicant.
