Step 3:
Fill in our online application form
Save your time filling in lengthy and
complex application forms. Our online form
is designed to simplify the process. All you
have to do is sign the forms.
Once we have populated the data we send you
the application form and only get you to
sign the relevant sections.
Step 4:
Provide supporting documentation
To support your claims you will need to
provide documents such as 100 points of
identification, pay slips and or tax
returns, bank and loan statements.
Supporting documentation varies from lender
to lender. We will send you a checklist of
the items you require for your application
via email.
Step 5:
We collect all the information
There are three we can collect your
application and supporting documentation;

home or business or you can come and see us
(we may have to see you depending on the

▪ You can fax all of the
documentation and post the original
documents we require.
▪ Send it via post.
Step 6:
We submit your loan
Once we have submitted your loan it takes 24
to 72 hours to get conditional approval and
5 to 10 days to get unconditional approval.
Once your loan is unconditionally approved
all you need to do is wait until settlement.
Step 7:
Ongoing support
Once your loan has settled we provide
ongoing support. You can call us anytime
with any questions relating to your mortgage
and get us to amend your mortgage
We also do annual reviews on your mortgage
to ensure you are in a product that is
competitive.
Our Refund

provide this 30 to 60 days after settlement
