Commercial Loan Update For June 2023
Commercial loans for June 2023 have seen and increase for variable rate loans after the Reserve Bank of Australia increased interest rates on 6th June 2023. Most lenders have increased their interest rates by 0.25% for both new and existing customers
Fixed interest rates have also increased in the last month across the shorter term rates. Longer term rates that are longer than 6 years have basically remained stable. The 3 year fixed rate interest term is the best value at the moment.
