Commercial Loan Update for May 2023
Commercial loans for May 2023 have seen and increase for variable rate loans after the Reserve Bank of Australia increased interest rates earlier this month. Most lenders have increased their interest rates by 0.25%; however, a few lenders did not increase their interest rate for new business lending while their current customers did receive an increase in interest rate.
We have seen a decrease in commercial property loan fixed rate loans across al fixed rate terms. Some lenders have slashed their 3 and 5 year fixed rate loans down by at least one percent.
