Residential and Commercial Loan Interest Rate Update July 2023

Variable interest rates for July have remained stable for the month of July due to the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) kept interest rates on hold. However, we have seen an increase in fixed rate loans by 0.30% across the major lenders and second tier lenders. 

We will have to wait and see what will happen to home loan, investment loan and commercial loan interest rates for August but it seems the economy is starting to stablise after inflation data is on the decline.
