Residential and Commercial Loan Interest Rate Update June 2023

Many lenders have now increased their home, investment and commercial loan interest rates after the RBA made their decision to increase interest rates earlier in the month. Interestingly, we have seen fixed rate increases across the 1-to-5 year interest rates. Seven and 10 year rates have remained stable.
